Groupdyne.com was proud to be one of the major
sponsors for the 2008 Annual Professional Convention Management
Association (PCMA) conference that was held in Seattle January
12-16. The city was host to over 4,000 meeting planners who
make decisions about where to hold some of the nation's top
conventions. Seattle beat out 15 Western cities, such as Las
Vegas and San Francisco. The Seattle's Convention and Visitors
Bureau spent over $800,000 (The most ever spent on a single
Seattle convention) to show the conventioneers the best the
Northwest has to offer. PCMA's annual conventions can lead to
bookings of conventions worth hundreds of millions to the host
city.

to make the closing night event entitled 'Creativity in Motion"
the highlight of the week of fabulous events.
