Small Food, Big Plates: icon Grill Debuts Miniaturized ?Aroused Americana? Happy Hour

SEATTLE, Wash.?icon Grill, a restaurant long known for Really Big Food, is turning to tiny trends as inspiration for a new happy hour menu. Without straying from his signature ?Aroused Americana? comfort cuisine, Executive Chef Nick Musser is offering eight new dishes, many inspired by childhood favorites.

?The new happy hour menu is more conducive to sharing and makes it easier to try a few different items,? says Musser. ?We like to call it ?Aroused Americana for your fingers.??

During happy hour (in the lounge every day from 4 to 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to close), the new mini menu items are available by the piece, allowing guests to create their own combo plate or just enjoy a small bite. Also offered during happy hour are selected wines by the glass ($6) and draft beers ($4). Outside of happy hour, these bite-sized items may be ordered in the lounge off of the regular bar menu.
