Our downstairs private dining room seats 50 and features a state-of-the-art a/v set up, perfect for business presentations. A dramatic staircase leads to a second private dining room that can accommodate 75 guests. Sullivan's Steakhouse - Seattle's Executive Chef Michael Heaps attended Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburg, PA., graduated into the extern program at Broadmoor Steakhouse. Soon promoted to sous chef, with 4 years of well-rounded experience, including catering & banquets. Chef Heaps continued his career in the Virgin Islands as Chef Tournate to Lotus Asian Grill & Sushi Bar and Havana Blue (Latin inspired cuisine and Pacific Rim Fusion). Chef Michael Heaps joined the Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, opening the Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House in Philadelphia as Sous Chef, then quickly promoted to Executive Chef of Wilmington Sullivan's. Now, in his second year with Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Executive Chef Michael Heaps opened Sullivan's newest location in Seattle, Washington.
