Executive Chef
Chef David Austin
Chef David Austin has been in the restaurant industry since 1979. He has worked for Peter Pan Seafood in Alaska from 1979-1980 and then moved to Seattle as a line cook for the Schwartz Brothers Restaurant Group. Chef David quickly advanced and was promoted to Banquet Chef and new restaurant training manager. He spent nine years working for the Schwartz Brothers before he ventured out to own his own catering company (D&C Catering). Chef David came to open our Gordon Biersch location in the fall of 1998 as a grill cook and quickly advanced to become our Executive Chef. Our Gordon Biersch Seattle location has been opened for ten years and we are proud to have an excellent Executive Chef to run our kitchen.
