    • Groupdyne.com users view venue profiles, select their favorites, and fill out a Request Proposal form online
    • Groupdyne.com sends these Qualified Event Requests to the selected venues.
    • Venues respond within 72 hours to the user with a custom proposal (including menus, pricing and other details) for the event
    • Groupdyne.com users review the proposals and book their event directly with the venue

Why do some venues have full “Venue Profiles” and others just a very limited “Venue Listing”?

    • Groupdyne.com features both member “profiles” and venue “free listings.”
    • Paying members receive "profiles" and receive all incoming event leads directly via email. Only this venue receives the lead.
    • Non-paying venues are listed for free and do NOT receive incoming event leads directly via email.
    • Event leads for free venues come only to Groupdyne.com. When Groupdyne.com receives this request, we call the venue,
      explain our services, and turn over the event request to the venue.
    • Leads sent to free venues are also offered for sale via our Pay-to-Bid Program [$5.00 per lead].
    • Note: Over 70% of all leads are submitted to our member venues.
