Robin Kremen

Born in New Jersey, Robin Kremen graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1980. He worked at Cellar In The Sky At Windows Of The World as the Sous chef. In 1984, he joined Sheraton Corporation as the Corporate Chef covering Seattle, Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. Robin also served as the Director, Apprenticeship Chairman and Culinary Chairman for the Texas Chefs Association. In 1993, Robin was the Chef Of Year for the Texas American Culinary Federation. He shipped off to Frankfurt with the 1980 & 1992 Culinary Institute of America Apprenticeship Team Texas, winning the Bronze Medal in Hot Food Competition, defiantly not because he could speak German. Robin finally settled down at Lakeside Country Club working as the Executive Chef and eventually came out of the kitchen to become the Assistant Club House Manager. Robin has been at Bay Oaks Country Club for nearly two years. Robin attends all Member and Private Events, and in his spare time he is a Member of the Club Managers of America, as well as an avid supporter of his son's Rugby Team, his daughter's college career and a Member of the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo for over 20 years. His time there has been spent working with the Events and Functions Committee, Rodeo Uncorked, and running The Old Board Room. Robin currently serves Bay Oaks Country Club as Executive Chef and Operations Director.
