Gerry Michael, CPA, CMA, MBA, is an expert in helping to develop and implement efficient and effective programs for all the financial, administrative and business functions of our clients, including HR, office management, coordination with the company’s insurance providers, coordination with landlord and outside suppliers, day to day cash management, credit and collection guidelines, cash management and treasury functions, and all other activities related to the ongoing administration of Groupdyne.com.

For 30 years Gerry has led the team at G.A Michael & Company, a firm he founded that provides clients with services including accounting, financial analysis, tax planning and merger & acquisition consulting. Gerry Michael has worked as a management consultant for over 35 years serving privately-held businesses and the specialized needs of those businesses and their owners. Gerry also handles all Groupdyne.com investor relations and serves on its board of directors.
