Howard Wilson
Our Executive Chef, Howard Wilson, joined Eagle’s Landing Country Club 10 years ago after more than 16 years of culinary management for fine dining restaurants across the Southeast, including Houston’s Restaurants chain, Peasants Corporation, Tavern at Phipps, Joey D’s Oak Room Restaurant located in Dunwoody, and Atlanta Legendary Liberty House Corporation which operates Blue Ridge Grill, Bone’s, and OK Café.
Although his menus focus on Nouveau American and Southeastern Regional cuisine, he has a passion for Fine Italian and French Culinary techniques as showcased in many of his dishes such as Smoked Salmon and Blackbean Risotto Roulade with Cajun Crawfish Bernaise.
